House Wash: We use a cleaning solution to kill and clean organic matter like algae and mold along with dirt from vinyl , aluminum, hardy board, stucco, brick, and wood. The type of surface and how dirty will determine the cleaning solution needed.

Roof Wash: We use a stronger cleaning solution and a sticky soap to keep the solution on the surface as long as possible. We use our soft wash system to apply the cleaning solution. The type of roof will determine the amount of clean solution needed.

Surface Cleaning: We use a surface cleaner and wand to clean concrete and stone pavers. Asphalt can not be pressure washed. We can rinse off dirt and grime and in special cases use a special cleaning solution to lighten oil and grease.

Decks and Fences: We can clean decks and fences of organic matter and dirt. We can also strip decks or fences to get them ready for a new stain or paint. Special cleaning products are needed to keep the wood Ph balance.

Additional Services:

Window Cleaning: When we do a house wash the windows will be thoroughly rinsed. Minor spotting can occur. We do offer exterior window cleaning as an add on service. Prices depend on the height and size of the windows.

Gutter Cleaning: We can add on gutter cleaning depending on the height and difficulty. Single and two store homes can be determined. We do not clean three story gutters.

Gutter Brightening: During a house wash the gutters will be washed. Many times gutters over time develop what is called tiger striping from asphalt shingles and dirt flowing over clogged gutters that require the use of special detergents and brushing to remove this build up. This can be added to any service.

Oil and Grease Stains: Concrete and stone are porous, allowing liquids like oil and grease to soak deep into the surface. We can use special cleaners to clean and lighten the concrete in these area. Please note that most times we will not be able to remove the stains completely, but will look much better.

Rust, Red Clay, and Efflorescence: We can us a number of cleaning products to remove these stubborn stains.

Graffiti Removal: We can remove spray paint from unpainted brick, cinder block, and stone along with some smooth and painted surfaces.
